This 17x7 km intrusion of peralkaline syenite is emplaced in basement migmatites. The rock comprises microcline perthite, albite, aegirine-augite, a little biotite and accessory zircon, apatite, titanite and fluorite. A modal and chemical analysis is in Ducellier (1963, p. 263), this rock apparently containing a little katophorite.
