The Kukinskii intrusion extends in a northeasterly direction for 22-24 km and is about 10 km wide. It is emplaced in granodiorites, porphyritic granites and volcanics of late Palaeozoic and early Mesozoic age. Coarse- and medium-grained aegirine-riebeckite granites are predominant. A rectangular body of later fine-grained peralkaline granite has been mapped in the centre of the pluton, Dykes, up to 1.5 m wide, of peralkaline aplite, pegmatitic granite, granite porphyry and quartz syenite porphyry are known and are concentrated in the vicinity of the outer contacts.
