At this locality alkaline rocks cut Upper Proterozoic marbles and comprise two small bodies of 50 x 100 and 100 x 200 m. They contain urtites and ijolites, small areas of melteigite and theralite and nepheline syenite veins are found. The rocks comprise nepheline (3-60%), clinopyroxene (40-80%), hastingsite, garnet, calcite (up to 3%) and cancrinite. Microcline, plagioclase and scapolite are occasionally found.
