This small (0.25 km2) stock of peralkaline syenite cuts lower Cambrian limestones. The syenites are medium-grained, massive rocks which consist of alkali feldspar (60%), albite (20%), biotite and alkali amphibole (1-2%), apatite, diopside, magnetite and probable analcime. Boulders of cancrinitized foyaite have been found in recent sedimentary deposits.
