The alkaline rocks of this massif, which were discovered by drilling, are situated one kilometre northeast of the town of Letichev. The complex consists of oligoclase and nepheline gabbroic rocks (essexites), jacupirangite, ijolite, sovite, nepheline syenite and fenite. The probable size of the massif is 2.2x1.2 km.

Age: 
A U-Pb determination on zircon gave 2060 Ma (Sherback et al., 1989).
