This 10x4 km intrusion consists essentially of peralkaline granites. An extensive system of dykes is developed the first phase of which consists of aplites, granites, bostonites and spherulitic porphyries of both normal and peralkaline compositions. The dykes of a second phase comprise quartz and felsitic porphyries, diorite porphyries, microdiorites and diabases. Skarns are developed at the contact with a gabbro-diorite intrusion.
