Three small stocks, the largest less than 1 km across, intrude serpentinite and shales and sandstones of the Upper Cretaceous Panoche Formation. The rock is composed essentially of albite and barkevikite. The stocks are located on the geological map of Eckel and Myers (1946, Plate 8).
