What is probably a small pipe, or possibly a dyke, together with a thin sill of alnoite occur 17 km due west of Winnett amongst necks, dykes and sills of other rock types. The alnoite consists of about one third olivine phenocrysts up to 4 mm in diameter, poikilitic phlogopite, nepheline, melilite, hauyne, pale green pyroxene, apatite, opaques and a little serpentine after olivine. An analysis is available (Ross, 1926a, p. 222) and Powell and Bell (1970) give Sr isotope and Rb data.
