At Bangs Havn, northeast of the Nunarssuit intrusion, dykes of the Gardar swarm coalesce to form a small complex with a gabbro envelope around a core of layered augite syenite grading into quartz syenite and alkali granite. The core rocks are apparently peralkaline but few petrographic details are available.
