The 7.5x2.5 km Shinsaiskii complex cuts through schists, quartzites, limestones and argillites. Circular and zonal structures are typical of the massif. The peripheral areas are composed of pyroxenites, in which the pyroxene is aegirine-augite, while the nucleus is composed of peralkaline syenites, kentallenite-essexite, orthoclase gabbro and liebenerite syenites.
